Detailed description of goods and/or services.

Ababili Adventure is a business in the Tourism industry that provide tour packages.

Booking Process

The Guest is responsible for notifying Ababili Adventures of any bookings, confirmations, booking amendments, reductions, or cancellations of rooms or services in writing via email, to facilitate the necessary itinerary arrangements. The burden of proof of delivery lies with the Guest.
Provisional booking periods are established by third-party suppliers. Ababili Adventures reserves the right to release reservations.
Upon written request from the Guest, Ababili Adventures will endeavor to extend provisional bookings. However, any extension remains at the sole discretion of third-party suppliers.
The Guest must possess the required deposit payment and travel insurance before confirming any reservation with Ababili Adventures. Travel insurance can be arranged through Ababili Adventures with a third party.
Upon confirmation, the nationality of the Guests as per the passport for travel purposes will be required. This information will be used solely for market data purposes.
For Touring Services, the final invoiced amount includes an itinerary planning and arranging fee, handling and operational fee, and applicable VAT, excluding the cost of obtaining passports, visas, excess luggage, and personal items unless expressly included.

Amendment, Reduction, Refund, and Cancellation Policy:

An amendment refers to changes in travel/arrival date or an increase or reduction in the number of rooms or services required after confirmation.
All amendments are subject to the cancellation policy.
Reservations held by Ababili Adventures without a paid deposit or guarantee will be cancelled upon notice to the Guest.

Payment Policy

General:

Unless prior arrangements have been made with Ababili Adventures, the Guest remains solely liable and responsible for the payment of all invoices issued by Ababili Adventures in respect to confirmed reservations, as well as the payment of any applicable fees.
Payment shall be made via electronic fund transfer into the bank account(s) provided by Ababili Adventures at the time of confirmation or through a secure online payment portal.
The Guest acknowledges that certain portions of Touring Services arranged by Ababili Adventures may be exempt from VAT, while others may be subject to VAT at standard or zero rates. Prices and fees charged by Ababili Adventures for touring services are inclusive of VAT at the relevant rate, if applicable, but exclusive of any other taxes.
Ababili Adventures reserves the right to request payment by credit card to secure all short lead time bookings confirmed within 7 days of travel.

Failure to make payment by the due date or breach of any trading term of this agreement entitles Ababili Adventures to:

Cancel this agreement or booking and take necessary actions to recover the full amount owed.
Cancel any future bookings made by the Guest.Recover any costs incurred.
Refuse to accept further bookings from the Guest.
Request payment on arrival before rendering any Touring Services.
Levy a charge on overdue account balances at the quoted prime lending rate determined by the relevant banking institution in the Applicable Jurisdiction.
Apportion credits due to the Guest and apply them to any amounts owed to Ababili Adventures under these trading terms.

Errors and Omissions Excepted:

Ababili Adventures shall not be liable for inadvertent delays in issuing invoices or any supporting documents, or for any errors or omissions contained therein, provided that such delays, errors, or omissions are rectified as soon as reasonably possible after discovery.

Currency Movements:

Charges in local currency will be translated into United States Dollars for simplicity. However, the actual liability remains in the source currency. Any changes to the booking will be recalculated using the relevant exchange rate of the day from Oanda.com, which may result in additional charges. Refunds will be calculated and paid in the source currency.

Independent Travelers:

The following payment policy applies

Groups:

The following payment terms apply to groups and exclude any payment conditions agreed for Independent Travelers. Deviations from this payment condition are agreed by exception:
Deposit due within 14 days of confirmation for reservations 1 year or more from the date of travel: 30% of Total Booking value
Deposits due within 14 days of confirmation for reservations less than 1 year from the date of travel: 30% of Total Booking value
Due at 150 days prior to arrival: An additional 30% of Total Booking value
Due at 90 days prior to arrival: Final 40% of Total Booking value
All amendments, reductions, refunds, and cancellations for Independent Travelers are at the discretion of the suppliers utilized in the itinerary.
Refunds will not be issued for missed services on the tour/tour series.
In the event of a cancellation, Ababili Adventures may retain a portion of the booking as prescribed by relevant consumer protection legislation (if applicable) in the jurisdiction where the booking is made or confirmed by Ababili Adventures.

Upon cancellation of a confirmed reservation for Independent Travelers, Ababili Adventures is entitled to:

Between Confirmation and 61 days prior to arrival: 25% of Total Booking (i.e., Deposit)
Between 60 days and arrival: 100% of Total Booking value
Cancellation during travel or stay: 100% of Total Booking value
Upon cancellation of a confirmed Group reservation, Ababili Adventures is entitled to:
Greater than 151 days prior to arrival: 30% of Total Booking value
Between 150 and 91 days prior to arrival: 60% of Total Booking value
Less than 90 days prior to arrival: 100% of Total Booking value
Cancellation during travel or stay: 100% of Total Booking value
All amendments, reductions, refunds, and cancellation policies are determined at the discretion of the suppliers used in any itinerary.

Payment options accepted

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Ababili Adventures via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.
PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Ababili Adventures, separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Ababili Adventures takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Ababili Adventures chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature 13 o’ hare street Highveld Centurion 0157.
